Austin Hoffpauir is our President of Sales & Operations for Electronics Professionals, LLC. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is certified in Lutron Homeworks, Ketra, Savant, Access Networks, and LSPP. He has a dynamic blend of experience and expertise. Austin is a Lafayette native with strong community ties. He has passion for music and enjoys playing the guitar and learning something new.  

With a career spanning over 15 years in the electronics industry and more than a decade of sales and marketing expertise in the oilfield sector, Mike brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role. Known for his dedication to client satisfaction, he excels in building strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring that each client feels valued and supported throughout their journey. Mike’s approach is rooted in understanding each client's unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Outside of work, Mike is a proud husband and father of two daughters who values the time spent with his loved ones. This balance between a successful career and a fulfilling personal life reflects his belief in the importance of both professional achievements and personal connections.

While Rae is new to the Technology Industry, she has embraced the challenge of learning a new “language” to enhance her vast knowledge in Customer Service. With her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, honesty and unwavering commitment to excellence, Rae keeps our office running like a well-oiled machine. Rae enjoys spending time with her family & friends, centered around good food, music and card playing. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, and reading. As the office manager at Electronics Professionals, LLC, Rae is the heartbeat of our business, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment for everyone.

Alex brings nearly a decade of experience in customer support and operational excellence. He has built a solid foundation in the tech industry, focusing on problem-solving and cultivating meaningful relationships. When Alex isn't working, he enjoys the great outdoors-whether it's hunting, fishing, or spending time with friends. He's also a proud husband to his high school sweetheart, and they cherish their time together. Alex's natural curiosity and love for learning motivates him to stay engaged and ready for new challenges in the ever-evolving tech world.
